This single variety cider was bottled part way through its primary fermentation to naturally carbonate and capture the wonderful fruity esters. A method known as Ptillant Naturel or Pt-Nat. Notes of pineapple, apricot and strawberry on the nose. Crisp dry and fresh to taste, soft apple, lingering acidity and a lively fizz. This cider is best drunk fresh. Chill upright for 12+ hours to settle before opening. Enjoy with friends as an aperitif or with a light lunch.
